Portico Media is proud to once again be a recognized organization for the 2025 2nd Taiwan LGBTIQ+ Inclusive Workplace Index. Congratulations to the 59 organizations recognized this year!

As a dedicated advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, we believe this Index is vital. The latest findings confirm that continuous participation is the strongest catalyst for sustainable progress: organizations that participated twice showed measurable improvement.

We were thrilled to see the new SME category successfully drive participation from Taiwan’s small and medium-sized enterprises, highlighting their incredible agility. We urge more companies to join this critical "health check" because true inclusion is an ongoing journey that benefits everyone.
